This week’s podcast is a bit short on content meaning we owe you... and trust me when I say, we’re good for it. We’re lining up guests over the next few months that we hope those of you that tune in will enjoy.

But for this week we talk for a minute and half about Mr. Pibb, the evolution and death of the Winger as well as just pointing out that the Sounders are bad, and various things that aren’t so bad. We also have this 3 minute thing that was ill advised, where we lump the rest of Cascadia into the conversation which will almost certainly in turn net us some hate mail/tweets.

ASA Podcast LXXXIX: Pokemon, Rogue One, NYCFC 'aint that good, and Bruce Arena is a curmudgeon

This week we try to not rehash old themes with our views on the USMNT but inevitably end up there while comparing the two US victories against Costa Rica and Paraguay. Sean and I also explore the so called jerkle-hyde Costa Rica performances and their similar expected goal out puts. Then Sean does his best 3 minute comedy routine while I attempt to built Excel formulas on the fly and it all pretty much is as awful as that all seems. 

Lastly, we discuss Christian Pulisic and the feasibility of him getting significant minutes on an MLS squad and the current trend in age groups among MLS teams.
